oh dear...i hate training...haha!but its nice!haha... dunnno why wor... today i fell down 4 times, 1 outside 2-4, one at foyer,1 at training, and the other at outdoor court..sobs..so pain,haha!den clarissa say i very malu.....haha!anyways,its so boring...haha, injured here n dere until sian....

weights training...wow...for the first time in mi life, i carried a 56kg weight!woots!so nice...haha.....jiayu now competing wif me...see hu can do more...after training, at basketball court..moronic jiayu challenge me hu can pull ring...den i go first,pull,den him..zzz.a tie la. den we do until the fourth one...dunno why,after the fourth one,both of our arm muscle start to cramp..den damn pain...in the end me and jiayu went home....hand cant move..interesting?lucky for junwei, he cant pull the ring!-.-...fortune in disguise...zzz..anyway,had fun..but nid chiong hmwk..tests spamming its way le...sobs!
